ARC Health, a company within the Thurston Group portfolio, has acquired Mindsoother Therapy Center, a mental health practice serving the residents of Livingston, New Jersey, US.
Since its inception in 2011, Mindsoother has been providing individual, family, and group therapy services for various age groups.
Leading the centre is Danna Markson, who acts as the founder and director of Mindsoother.
Markson and her specialised team excel in delivering evidence-based therapies, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
The centre addresses a wide spectrum of mental health issues, encompassing eating disorders, ADHD, family dynamics, anxiety, depression, self-harm, and suicide.

The deal was facilitated by Fort Myers, Florida-based healthcare-focused M&A advisory firm Mertz Taggart.
