Brault has added Patient Account Tracker (PAT) 2.0 to its Intelligent Practice Solutions for end-to-end RCM and practice management.

This is a custom-built application that can tap into all aspects of the RCM process. This facility enables Brault clients to track, study and reconcile data across every patient encounter in the system.

Brault serves as a revenue cycle and practice management partner for physician groups across emergency medicine, urgent care, hospitalist services, and observation units.

Brault president and CEO Dr. Andrea Brault said: “In recent years, we have seen a shift among acute care physician groups – as they begin to look for business partners that can offer more transparency into the RCM process and value added services beyond coding and billing.”

The new system provides a window into the firm’s RCM process, which in turn helps clients to track volume and movement of charts across the system.

Besides chart tracking, the system captures important information on provider documentation habits and other metrics.
