BridgeHealth, a US-based provider for surgical centres, has expanded its national provider panel with the addition of five surgical centres.

Fresno Surgical Hospital and Summit Surgical Center, both located in Fresno, California, and OrthoAtlanta (two centers) and Polaris Spine and Neurosurgery Center of Atlanta have teamed up with BridgeHealth.

BridgeHealth president and CEO Mark Stadler said: “These centers of excellence are important and valued additions for our national program because they offer key resources to our growing client base. We are thrilled to have them as partners.”

Fresno Surgical Hospital will offer inpatient procedures for orthopedics and spine.

Summit Surgical Center is an ambulatory surgical centre (ASC) that is supported by the Sierra Pacific Orthopedic physicians for orthopedics and spine procedures.

Summit Surgical Center chief of medical staff David Taylor said: “We are known for excellence in surgical care delivery and patient satisfaction. We look forward to extending that care to BridgeHealth’s partners. It is an honor to be included in their national program of providers.”

The third addition to this panel is  OrthoAtlanta that offers care in for orthopedics and spine at its two ASC sites – one in Austell and the other in Fayetteville.

Polaris Spine and Neurosurgery in Atlanta provide range of spine and brain care procedures and treatments. It is is the second outpatient surgery centre in the US to offer robotically navigated spine surgery.
