CenterWell Senior Primary Care, part of Humana’s Primary Care Organisation (PCO), is set to launch three new centres across the US, under its expansion drive this year.
This year, CenterWell intends to open three new centres in Asheville, North Carolina; and Baton Rouge and New Orleans, Louisiana, US.

Apart from these new locations, CenterWell will also add new centres in its existing markets, including Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, and Virginia.
CenterWell Senior Primary Care aims to continue its growth trajectory by adding 30-50 new centres across the US through at least 2025.
This expansion is part of the organisation’s strategy to provide affordable and personalised care to seniors, especially in underserved communities.
The new centres in Louisiana and North Carolina are tentatively scheduled to start welcoming patients later this year.

Humana’s PCO, which includes CenterWell and its sister brand Conviva Care Center, is a senior primary care provider, delivering care to nearly 295,000 seniors across 300 centres as of 31 December 2023.
CenterWell Senior Primary Care has a team of board-certified physicians and practitioners to provide personalised plans that address the medical, social, behavioural, and financial needs of patients.
Accepting patients with Original Medicare and a variety of Medicare Advantage plans, CenterWell Senior Primary Care and Conviva Care Centers currently operate in multiple states, including Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Missouri, Nevada, Tennessee and Texas, among others.
