Central Georgia Cancer Care has entered into a partnership with the American Oncology Network (Aon), a community-based oncology practices network, to enhance its patient care capabilities.
This collaboration aims to leverage AON’s resources and expertise to benefit patients.
Central Georgia Cancer Care is an independent oncology practice that delivers personalised care to patients closer to their homes.
With clinics in Macon and Warner Robins, the practice comprises a team of 11 advanced practice providers, four Board-certified medical oncologists, and a supportive care physician, who is also Board-certified in various medical disciplines, such as physical and palliative medicine.
In addition, Central Georgia Cancer Care is committed to offering clinical trial opportunities and fostering relationships with research hospitals, further ensuring that the patients have access to therapies in Central and South Georgia.
Under the latest partnership, AON will provide Central Georgia Cancer Care with additional patient services and support.
