Health technology infrastructure company Commure and HealthTap have partnered to introduce a comprehensive healthcare solution, aiming to integrate in-person and virtual care services.
This collaboration combines HealthTap’s extensive clinician network and virtual care services with Commure’s advanced EHR integrations, care coordination capabilities, and AI-powered tools.
It enables health systems and practices of varying sizes to expand their service offerings, encompassing virtual primary care and after-hours coverage, without the internal burden of building or staffing these services.
By merging technology with a clinician network, the solution employs ambient scribing, AI, revenue cycle management, and remote patient monitoring to enhance the care experience for clinicians, patients and healthcare organisations.
Commure CEO Tanay Tandon said: “By combining our infrastructure and AI capabilities with HealthTap’s trusted virtual care practice, we’re making it easier than ever for healthcare organisations to scale services, optimise operations, and deliver better care, anytime, anywhere.”
The partnership signifies a significant change in healthcare delivery by expanding Commure’s reach beyond software solutions to encompass clinical services.
