Dallah Healthcare Company (DHC), a Saudi Arabia-based healthcare services provider, has announced plans to build a new hospital in Riyadh-Al-Arid district, reported TradeArabia.

The hospital will be built on 45,000m² of land within the company’s property in Riyadh.

The property is located at the crossroads of Prince Saud Bin Abduallah bin Jalawi and Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq roads.

With a capacity of 250 beds and scope for future expansion, the facility will have a total estimated built-up area of 87,300m².

Construction of the new hospital will be financed through the company’s resources and long-term facilities.

Excavation and site preparation for the project are anticipated to start soon, with construction scheduled to commence in Q3 2023 upon receipt of necessary permits.
