Encompass Health and Lee Healthcare, a complerely-owned subsidiary of Lee Health, have announced the opening of  Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Cape Coral in Florida, US.

Located at 1730 NE Pine Island Road, Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Cape Coral is a 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital.

The hospital has all private patient rooms, a large therapy gym with modern rehabilitation technologies and an activities of daily living suite, a therapy courtyard, a cafeteria and a dayroom.

The hospital caters to patients recovering from debilitating illnesses and injuries including strokes and other neurological disorders, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations and complex orthopaedic conditions.

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Cape Coral provides physical, occupational and speech therapies to reinstate functional ability and quality of life.

The hospital also offers 24-hour nursing care.

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Cape Coral is the 149th inpatient rehabilitation hospital of Encompass Health.

It is also the 17th inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Florida for Encompass Health, with two additional hospitals anticipated to open in Florida this year.
