The Minnesota Department of Human Services in the US has awarded a contract to closed-loop referral management software company Findhelp to introduce a behavioural health programme locator, named Find Help Minnesota.
The solution is set to enhance coordination of referrals and expand vital mental and behavioural health resources access for residents of the state.
Find Help Minnesota aims to streamline the process of connecting individuals in crisis with the necessary services by prioritising real-time tracking of inpatient bed capacity at behavioural health and mental health facilities.
It is designed to facilitate faster connection to services for Minnesotans in need.
Findhelp founder and CEO Erine Gray said: “This initiative is about removing barriers to care when people need it most.
“In partnership with local service providers, this platform will build on the life-changing work that’s already being done and ensure that individuals in crisis can quickly access the right services.”
