Forge Health, a provider of outpatient mental health and substance use care, has secured a strategic growth investment from MFO Ventures.
The investment will facilitate the optimisation along with expansion of Forge Health’s care platform, including the integration of nationwide virtual care, service offerings, as well as outreach to underserved populations.
This move is set to bolster the company’s plan to deliver affordable care through advanced digital tools and expanding psycho-oncology services.
Established in 2016, Forge Health aims to offer ‘one-stop-shop’ care to individuals and communities, particularly those with moderate to severe conditions.
The company is in-network with more than 30 health plans and manages more than 300,000 members under its value-based partnership model.
With this investment, Forge Health aims to enhance its population health partnerships and deliver personalised, whole-person care.
