By leveraging Notable solutions, Gillette aims to automate scheduling, registration, appointment reminders, and clinical intake forms in an effort to streamline and personalise the registration experience for its 26,000 paediatric patients and their families.

Notable’s intelligent automation platform leverages patient AI and existing electronic health record (EHR) information to simplify the doctor visit experience, create personalised experiences unique to each child, and increase scheduling volume.
Across 11 multispecialty clinics, Gillette Children’s has deployed Notable’s Registration and Intake Assistant as well as Scheduling Assistant.
The implementation of Notable’s solutions has resulted in time savings for staff and high patient satisfaction rates.
