Hackensack Meridian Health has announced a partnership with virtual and in-office primary care organisation One Medical to deliver a new human-centred and technology-powered primary care option in New Jersey, US.

The partnership will ensure that employers and residents have coordinated care through the latest care model of One Medical and Hackensack Meridian Health’s integrated network of hospitals, providers and facilities.

Individuals will benefit through One Medical’s membership model while employers can sponsor memberships on behalf of their employees and dependents.
