Business acquisitions and management firm IHS in the US, in partnership with its physician associates, has acquired speciality medical practice BC Healthcare to expand services in Omaha, Nebraska and beyond.

This move is part of IHS’s strategy to broaden its patient-centred care and improve healthcare standards in Omaha, Nebraska.

The acquisition will expand the range of medical services offered by BC Healthcare, including allergy care, vein ablation, and genicular artery embolisation (GAE).

These new services are aimed at addressing vascular health, chronic pain, and immune system disorders.

The integration of new facilities, skilled professionals, and technology is expected to raise the quality, accessibility, and efficiency of specialised healthcare services for the Omaha community.

Dr Eric Clements will remain with BC Healthcare as a partner. He is also committed to the professional development of the staff, ensuring that the clinic’s “excellence” in patient care is sustained as it expands its specialised medical treatment offerings.
