Junction Health, a provider of healthcare infusion services, has entered a strategic alliance with Cloud technology specialist Cloud Peritus to improve the patient care experience.  

Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, US, Junction Health specialises in improving access to life-promoting medications by partnering with Community Health Centers across the US. 

It also operates tech-enabled infusion centres to address various infectious diseases, haematology, gastroenterology, rheumatology, and neurology. 

Under the latest partnership, Cloud Peritus will assist Junction Health in creating a strategic roadmap for Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities, aiming to optimise their investment in the platform.  

The collaboration will focus on improving Junction Health’s patient-centred care delivery model, which prioritises enhanced access and quality in a cost-effective way. 

It also marks a key milestone towards achieving Junction Health’s commitment to enhance patient care experience for individuals with chronic and autoimmune diseases, such as haemophilia, Crohn’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and rheumatoid arthritis.
