Lady of the Sea General Hospital has partnered with healthcare solutions company TruBridge aimed at improving patient care and revenue cycle.
Under the collaboration, TruBridge will deliver solutions to the hospital as the electronic health record (EHR) and revenue cycle management (RCM) provider.
This marks a vital step in maintaining patient care quality and financial stability for the community.
Post evaluation and staff feedback, Lady of the Sea General Hospital identified the need for a change in technology provider to enhance patient services and streamline internal processes.
Located in southern Louisiana, US, the hospital sought a partner with user-friendly systems, advanced reporting capabilities, and integrated tools for supporting operational and clinical success.
TruBridge’s integrated technology suite was selected to meet these requirements.

We strongly value and resonate with Lady of the Sea’s commitment to community, and we look forward to working alongside the organisation to improve clinical workflows, boost revenue cycle efficiency, and enhance care coordination.”
The partnership comes as Lady of the Sea continues to recover from the devastation caused by Hurricane Ida in 2021, which severely damaged the hospital.

Lady of the Sea Hospital CEO Lloyd Guidry said: “This partnership with TruBridge marks the beginning of a new chapter for our hospital.
“We listened to our providers and patients to find a partner that would enable quality care delivery, equip staff with proper tools and information, and empower us to remain financially viable. Our direct collaboration with the TruBridge leadership team instils confidence and assurance in Lady of the Sea as we move forward.”
With the support of TruBridge’s advanced technology, Lady of the Sea is poised to enhance care delivery and provide its staff with the necessary resources.
