A contract has already been signed by all the parties to move ahead with the project for which the Elgin Economic Development Authority is contributing the land.

Meanwhile, LCHC will oversee the development and construction of the new facilities, aiming to increase capacity and improve service for local families.

The initial phase of this project will involve the development of the primary and urgent care clinics.

What began as a fight to get an ambulance service based out of Elgin to what has developed into a seven-acre medical park. This will help improve the health outcomes of our residents and will also enable them to stay in Elgin long past retirement.”
