LeanTaaS has acquired intelligent automation solutions provider Hospital IQ, creating an AI-powered hospital operations software provider valued at over $1bn.
For health systems, LeanTaaS provides AI-powered and SaaS-based capacity management and patient flow software.
The acquisition enables the combined company to power intelligent operations across more than 180+ health systems in the US.
LeanTaaS and Hospital IQ will solve issues in multiple departments, including the infusion suite, operating room, and inpatient units and jointly drive staff satisfaction, improved patient access, and revenue productivity.
