MYCON General Contractors has initiated the construction of the Tucson Rehabilitation Hospital at The Bridges mixed-used development in Central Tucson, Arizona in the US.
MYCON hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for celebrating the start of the hospital project.
The three-storey, 55,098ft2 hospital will have 48 modern patient rooms and two rehabilitation therapy gyms equipped with advanced technologies.
The interdisciplinary team at the hospital will comprise a dedicated physical rehabilitation physician, occupational, physical and speech therapists, as well as trained nurses, to provide tailored care for patients recovering from disabling injuries or diseases.
To be located at 870 East Tucson Marketplace Boulevard, the project is a significant development for MYCON General Contractors.
Works at the hospital are expected to conclude by June next year.

Tucson Rehabilitation Hospital construction is the first project of MYCON with Cross Hospitals, a collaboration between Kennor Cross Hospital Investors and Nobis Hospital Investments that focuses on developing new inpatient rehabilitation hospitals in select markets in the country.
