US-based integrated healthcare delivery firm Apollo Medical’s (ApolloMed) affiliated medical group ApolloMed Hospitalists has agreed to supply hospitalist services to Beverly Hospital.

According to the agreement, ApolloMed will offer hospitalist services to the hospital on a continuous basis.

The scope of agreement will also see ApolloMed collaborate with hospital administration, medical staff, nurses and case managers to enhance clinical core measures scores as well as improve clinical documentation, optimise lengths of stay and minimise hospital readmissions thereby improving patient satisfaction scores.

Apollo Medical chief executive officer Warren Hosseinion said: "We are honoured to have been selected as the new hospitalist group at Beverly Hospital.

Beverly Hospital is a 224-bed acute care facility which offers complete a range of inpatient and outpatient care, featuring ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) designated receiving center, neurosurgery services.

It also features a 25-bed intensive/critical care unit and ten-bed Level II neonatal ICU.
