US-based independent specialised laboratory company Aurora Diagnostics has acquired West Georgia Pathology, a hospital-based practice in Georgia.

Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

West Georgia provides pathology services to three local hospitals in the Tanner Health Systemm and also provides medical director services to area clinics in Georgia.
