Northern Health, a healthcare provider in Australia, has selected Datos Health’s Open Care platform to enhance remote patient monitoring capabilities.
Under this collaboration, the two companies will build ‘innovative’ digital care models, aiming to improve health outcomes through remote patient monitoring.
The Open Care platform will be integrated into Northern Health’s various virtual care programmes, including cardiac rehabilitation, lung cancer, back pain, gestational diabetes programme, and severe asthma management.
Besides, Datos Health will take support from its Australian-based partner IKAO Health to use its experience in implementing localised solutions to address a range of issues faced by the healthcare providers.
IKAO Health’s expertise in localised solutions will help Datos Health provide on-the-ground support and service to Northern Health.
Datos Health said its Open Care platform offers a flexible solution for hybrid care delivery, allowing healthcare organisations such as Northern Health to tailor remote care protocols.
