Sharda Group has launched the new super-speciality hospital, Sharda Care – Healthcity, in Greater Noida, in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.

Offering more than 600 beds, the facility was inaugurated by Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath and includes over 160 ICU beds and features 24 modular operation theatres.

Adityanath highlighted the significance of enhancing healthcare infrastructure during the inauguration, stressing the need to ensure that advanced medical facilities are available to individuals throughout India.

Sharda Care – Healthcity spans 65 acres and is designed to be a smart healthcare hub compliant with the Joint Commission International (JCI) standards.

It provides a wide range of medical services in fields such as neurosciences, oncology, orthopaedics, and cardiac sciences.

The facility is notable for housing the country’s “largest” Level 1 emergency and trauma care centre, which has 60 beds, and was built in partnership with SingHealth Singapore.

It is equipped with diagnostic technologies and minimally invasive surgical procedures, aiming for precision-based treatment.
