US-based Sila Realty Trust has acquired the Clive Healthcare Facilities Portfolio for a contract purchase price of $47m.
The deal includes three fully leased medical office buildings with 132,617ft2 rentable space and two land parcels spanning 1.52 acres.

Sila Realty Trust president and CEO Michael Seton said: “The Clive Healthcare Facilities Portfolio is comprised of institutional quality medical office buildings that exhibit the attributes and local market affiliations that exemplify our strategy of acquiring healthcare facilities along the continuum of care with emphasis on lower cost patient settings.”
The acquired portfolio is on the Mercy Wellness Campus, which is located across the street from MercyOne West Des Moines Medical Center and UnityPoint Health – Methodist West Hospital, with 82 and 95 beds, respectively.
Sila Realty Trust acquired a 58,156ft2 rentable medical office building in November 2018, in a deal valued at for $23.5m. The building is adjacently located to the newly acquired portfolio.
