In April 2025, UPS signed a definitive agreement for the acquisition of AHG.
The acquisition enhances UPS’ position in complex healthcare logistics by incorporating AHG’s specialised cold chain transportation solutions and third-party logistics expertise.
The integration of AHG’s cold chain network will allow UPS Healthcare customers to benefit from enhanced quality assurance, shorter transit times, improved end-to-end visibility, and expanded global coverage.
UPS EVP and international healthcare and supply chain solutions president Kate Gutmann said: “At UPS Healthcare, we are relentlessly focused on quality, improving patient outcomes and advancing healthcare delivery, and we are thrilled that Andlauer Healthcare Group, and its talented employees, share that focus.
