US-based healthcare provider Bella Medical has adopted eClinicalWorks' Sunoh.ai, an artificial intelligence (AI)-driven electronic health record (EHR) system, to enhance clinical documentation and patient care quality.  

Bella Medical, part of the Southwestern Health Resources provider network, specialises in women's healthcare services, including acute and chronic care, preventive measures, and active management.  

The practice aims to utilise AI dictation services to reduce time spent on clinical documentation, thereby allowing more focus on patient care and research. 

To address this requirement, Bella Medical selected eClinicalWorks' 

 Sunoh.ai, an advanced medical AI scribe designed to transcribe conversations between healthcare providers and patients, streamlining the documentation process. 

The EHR-agnostic, AI-powered listening technology is also capable of translating natural language into clinical documentation and offer an immersive experience. 

Sunoh.ai can now also integrate with its mobile applications, including eClinicalMobile and eClinicalTouch, available on iOS and Android devices to further facilitate seamless clinical documentation.  

This AI scribe categorises patient encounter summaries into various sections of progress notes and captures details of lab results, imaging, procedures, medication orders, as well as follow-up visits. 

Healthcare providers can also review, modify, and import relevant content into patient records, making documentation faster and more efficient.
