Collette Health has announced an integration partnership with Aceso to deliver virtual care services through hospital in-room televisions, eliminating the need for additional hardware.
The collaboration merges Collette Health's AI-driven virtual care platform with Aceso's Pane of Glass technology.
By utilising the backend infrastructure of Aceso that aggregates and displays data from various sources, hospitals can implement Collette Health's virtual nursing and observation services via the same television that patients use.
The partnership aims to meet the need for healthcare organisations to optimise clinical resources and enhance patient satisfaction and safety.

Through the integration, hospitals will also be able to expand their virtual care strategies across various unit types.
Key advantages include lightweight technical implementation that does not necessitate additional clinician workstations or specialised hardware, and streamlined clinical workflows in which virtual care interactions do not require extra documentation from physicians or bedside nurses.
The Collette Health-Aceso integration also provides enhanced patient experience through the use of familiar television interfaces.
