Incredible Health has introduced two AI voice agents, Gale and Lyn, aimed at supporting the economics of healthcare hiring by offering personalised, dependable, and expedited recruitment processes.

The agents are used by over one million nurses and technicians across the US, as well as more than 1,500 healthcare employers.

They leverage millions of genuine data points gathered from Incredible Health’s marketplace operations to improve the hiring experience for both healthcare professionals and employers.

Lyn operates as an AI voice interview agent for healthcare employers, enhancing brand visibility through tailored candidate outreach, conducting interviews, and promoting the benefits of employers to prospective candidates.

Developed in collaboration with Sutter Health, Johns Hopkins, Baylor Scott & White Health, and NYPresbyterian, Lyn has been trained on millions of hiring interactions from the marketplace.
