US-based ketamine infusion therapy centre Ketamine Wellness Clinic of Orange County has acquired Mind Space Ketamine Infusion Clinic for an undisclosed sum.

The deal will consolidate the clinics' resources to offer a wider range of treatments for mood and pain disorders, as well as expand patient care in Laguna Beach and the greater Orange County region.

Based in Laguna Beach, Mind Space Ketamine Infusion Clinic offers ketamine therapy to treat conditions such as depression, anxiety and chronic pain.

Ketamine Wellness Clinic provides treatments for patients in Southern California who suffer from resistant forms of depression, anxiety and other mood and pain disorders.

Ketamine Wellness Clinic of Orange County president and CEO Michael Bronson said: “We are thrilled to welcome the Mind Space patients and their families to our clinic.

“While we made the difficult decision to close the physical location of Mind Space, the essence of its care will continue through our exceptional team of physicians and caregivers.

The two clinics' combined knowledge and resources are expected to deliver advanced ketamine therapy protocols to patients.

To ensure continuity of care, patients previously treated at Mind Space will have their care transitioned to Ketamine Wellness Clinic of Orange County.
