OutcomesAI has secured $10m in seed funding, spearheaded by Santé Ventures, to further develop its AI-driven nursing model.

The company integrates AI voice agents with qualified nurses to enhance nursing capacity, lower costs and provide patients with quicker care access.

The funding will expedite the company's expansion into pharmaceutical partnerships, health systems and virtual care programmes.

It will also accelerate the commercial rollout of OutcomesAI and facilitate the launch of dedicated nursing service lines.

OutcomesAI has introduced Glia, an AI engine specifically designed for nursing. Glia integrates AI voice agents that handle incoming as well as outgoing patient calls with licensed nurses who provide services such as virtual care, triage, patient support programmes and post-acute follow-up.

The voice agents are capable of capturing symptoms, scheduling appointments, coordinating follow-ups and offering education in multiple languages.

Nurses benefit from AI productivity tools that include real-time scribing and protocol guidance.

OutcomesAI founder and CEO Kuldeep Singh Rajput stated: “Healthcare is running out of nursing capacity, and incremental fixes won't solve it. With OutcomesAI, we're not replacing nurses — we're multiplying them.

“By combining AI voice agents with licensed nursing teams, we give back time to the people at the centre of care, reduce burnout, and build a sustainable, scaleable model for the future.”

Santé Ventures founding managing director Joe Cunningham, AVIA senior advisor Linda Finkel, Santé Ventures managing director Dennis McWilliams and Tempus AI co-founder Kevin White will join the board of directors, alongside Kuldeep Singh Rajput.

Cunningham stated: “With a projected shortfall of 13 million nurses by 2030, the industry is desperate for scaleable solutions.

“We invested in OutcomesAI because they are rethinking how nursing capacity can be scaled — not with incremental fixes, but with a model that blends AI with clinical services to deliver measurable impact. We believe this approach has the potential to redefine virtual care and set a new standard for safety, empathy and efficiency in healthcare.”
