The partnership enhances care delivery, client support, and workforce development for both the companies.

Prolink obtains access to a larger pipeline of qualified nursing candidates to address current and future staffing demands while Grapefruit Health increases its service reach and helps student nurses transition into professional roles after graduation.

The programme offers scalable non-acute care support to healthcare organisations, reducing clinical staff burden and allowing more patient care focus.

Student nurses from Grapefruit Health nearing graduation gain access to Prolink’s career placement opportunities including nursing and travel nursing roles.

To aid career transitions, Prolink provides mentorship opportunities, webinars, and career coaching. Student nurses also receive early exposure to travel nursing as a career option.

The initial phase of the partnership encompasses career readiness assistance, resume-building workshops, educational webinars, and personalised consultations with Prolink staffing experts, all aimed at helping student nurses get ready for job interviews.
