WellSky has introduced WellSky Outreach, a patient engagement solution enabled by QliqSOFT, to help providers streamline communication amid tighter regulatory demands, staffing constraints, and higher patient volumes.
The tool targets home care settings where DME [durable medical equipment] organisations, speciality pharmacies, and home infusion providers face delays that can increase costs and lead to missed appointments.
It offers a configurable, no‑code platform to automate outreach, support compliance, and improve patient satisfaction.
WellSky vice-president and general manager Steve Ward said: “Providers are under pressure to do more with less, and patient communication is one of the biggest bottlenecks.
“With WellSky Outreach, we’re expanding automation that improves the patient feedback loop—all while saving time and reducing costs.
“Phone tag with patients is frustrating. However, with the WellSky Outreach solution, clinicians can use a smart chatbot to automate common patient prompts. It feels just like texting for patients and is a game changer for practice efficiency.”
Available as a standalone product, the solution includes professional services for customisation and setup, a campaign builder with logic tree and form tools, and agent licensing.
The initial release is for users of CPR+ and WellSky CareTend, and for organisations needing specialty pharmacy software and infusion for supporting Utilisation Review Accreditation Commission (URAC) compliance and payer.
QliqSOFT CEO Krishna Kurapati said: “We’re thrilled to partner with industry leader WellSky to end phone tag and make outreach effortless at scale. Together, we’re turning follow‑ups into secure, two‑way digital conversations patients actually complete.
“The solution can be launched in minutes with no code and is measurable from day one. The payoff is immediate: fewer calls, faster confirmations, cleaner documentation, and time back for care teams to focus on patients and outcomes.”
In September 2025, WellSky introduced its next-generation CarePort Referral Intake solution, building upon the CarePort and Curaspan systems.
