US-based non-profit healthcare network AdventHealth has opened its AdventHealth Sports Med and Rehab Zephyrhills rehabilitation facility in Zephyrhills, Florida.
Situated next to AdventHealth’s Zephyrhills campus, the centre is intended to provide an enhanced patient experience and tailored rehabilitation services.
AdventHealth said it reflects the healthcare network’s ‘continued investment’ in whole-person care, supporting both treatment and recovery.
AdventHealth Zephyrhills chief operating officer William Villegas said: “This new space is a symbol of our commitment to growth, innovation and, above all, the wellbeing of our patients and community.
“We’re proud to offer an environment where our expert rehab team can thrive and where every patient feels supported on their journey to healing.”
The facility has a dedicated occupational therapy area for the recovery of everyday skills, as well as a physical therapy gym for strength and mobility restoration.
