Ivy Fertility, a San Diego-based provider of advanced reproductive technology and in-vitro fertilisation in the US, has expanded its network by acquiring Dallas IVF, a fertility practice in the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas.

The financial details of this deal have not been disclosed.
