Global tech-enabled healthcare company M42 has inaugurated a preventive women’s wellness clinic at its HealthPlus Family Clinic in Al Bandar, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The new ‘Laha Wellness Hub’, launched on 8 March to mark International Women’s Day, is specifically designed to cater to women aged 35 years and over.

It is set to offer a comprehensive approach to health with a focus on preventive care, personalised plans, and educational support, particularly addressing fertility and menopause.
Laha Wellness Hub will offer access to a full spectrum of health services, including the management of premature ovarian failure, perimenopause, menopause, endometriosis, and fertility issues, among other conditions.
The clinic is staffed by female healthcare professionals across various specialities such as gynaecology and family medicine.

By GlobalDataM42 further said that its new clinic will allow individual patients to monitor and track conditions to ensure that the severity of the symptoms that women often face post-35 years of age is reduced.
Patients can also benefit from M42’s other facilities such as Danat Al Emarat Women & Children’s Hospital and the HealthPlus Fertility Center.
Moreover, the M42 app facilitates easy appointment scheduling for the Laha Wellness Hub.
M42 managing director and group CEO Hasan Jasem Al Nowais said: “The ‘Laha Wellness Hub’ is a groundbreaking initiative that will pioneer preventive care, educate and support for women over the age of 35 on their unique wellness journey.

The opening of this clinic comes as part of M42’s broader commitment to gender equity and workplace wellness, with the clinic also being made available to its staff as part of a corporate policy aimed at supporting female employees through menopause.
Last month, M42 partnered with the Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children in London, UK to enhance paediatric critical and complex care in the Middle East region.
