Healthcare solutions provider TruBridge has announced a collaboration integrating Microsoft Dragon Copilot with its electronic health record (EHR) solution to enhance operational efficiency for health systems and hospitals across the US.

This partnership also aims to improve financial stability and healthcare delivery.

TruBridge Patient Care general manager David Harse said: “We are pleased to integrate Microsoft Dragon Copilot into our solutions and workflows.

“TruBridge continues to champion equitable and innovative technology. This step further reinforces that commitment. We are proud to equip health systems nationwide with the tools they need to deliver exceptional patient care.”

The Microsoft solution will provide the latest and secure speech recognition and AI-powered capabilities to more than 18,000 TruBridge users, addressing the distinct community care requirements.

This move is part of TruBridge’s focus on rural healthcare, which aligns with the Trustworthy & Responsible AI Network (TRAIN) initiative, a collaboration with Microsoft and other healthcare providers such as the Cleveland Clinic.
