Intersurgical are delighted to announce the launch of their new One-Piece Guedel Oropharyngeal Airway.
Utilisation of the latest manufacturing technology has produced the first major breakthrough in Guedel Airway design for thirty years.
Intersurgical have combined two materials with very different physical characteristics in one moulding, this has resulted in the elimination of the separate bite block found in all conventional Guedel Airway designs. Loose, or detached bite blocks constitute a real threat to patient safety and have been the subject of several Hazard Notices in the recent past. The new One-Piece overcomes all risks associated with separate bite blocks.
As well as improved safety the One-Piece design also incorporates a soft atraumatic tip.
This new One-Piece design from Intersurgical is available in eight colour-coded ISO sizes ranging from 3.5 to 12.
